I barely got enough contrast on the green of her skin. Coulda gone way harder on that. But her hair was a snap, her clothes were easy enough to do, the fire… came out well enough. But that sausage, man! I fuckin’ nailed the look of a grilled sausage. I’m inordinately proud of how the sausage came out.
One of the last minis I painted without a fancy brush, and oh boy. This model is half the size of my usual 28mm scale, which means all her details were enragingly tiny and the brushes I had were not up to the challenge. I went for “shitty eyeliner” and managed that, but the eyes… better than many I’ve done but REAL hard to get as good as they got and still not where I wanted them. Lots of quick cute NMM brass on her anklet, earrings, and pin. Pretty okay steel fork, but I think I need to go generally lighter with my “steel/iron” NMM, I start with black and I think I’d do better with a dark grey.
Anyway, goblin titties and she’s hungry for sausage. Cute sculpt, I barely had the skill and tools to get her painted. She’s fun, I’m happy with her, but I was sweating through the process.
