Not a whole lot to say. America’s Test Kitchen cookbook has the best cinnamon bun recipe I’ve ever used. The lack of a dough mixer made this harder than it needed to be, and forgetting to add butter to the first batch made this much harder than it needed to be, but I got it made without screwing up more than once. I really need a thousand-dollar globe countertop mixer before I try this kind of dough again.
